Youth Flag Football League in Cullman, AL
Co-Ed & Girls Divisions — Summer/Fall 2026 at Heritage Park
OmniSports Academy's flag football league is one of Cullman's most accessible youth sports programs — no contact, no pads, and open to kids starting at age 3. Rec League Play, Real Development

It's recreational league play with a development-first mindset, held at Heritage Park inside the OmniSports District, one of the largest contiguous sports complexes in North Alabama.

Want More Competition? Meet REC+
For players who want to compete beyond the rec league, OSA offers a REC+ division for ages 5–6. REC+ is a competitive travel tier that runs alongside the regular OSA season — not instead of it. Players can participate in both.
What makes REC+ different from a typical all-star team is timing. Rather than assembling a team at the end of the season from players who've never played together, REC+ begins at the start of the season with tryouts. That means more practice time, real team chemistry, and a competitive roster that's ready when it matters. REC+ teams compete in regional travel leagues against other competitive programs across the area.
If your child is ready to compete at a higher level without leaving OSA, REC+ is built for them.
Played at Heritage Park
All OSA Flag Football games and practices take place at Heritage Park, located within the OmniSports District in Cullman, Alabama. The OmniSports District spans 150+ contiguous acres of sports, wellness, and park facilities — Heritage Park includes 8 soccer fields, basketball courts, an inclusive playground, and more, all within the same complex. Some teams may practice at West Elementary Football Field.
