NFL Flag Football brings the speed, strategy, and teamwork of the game to kids ages 3–14 — no pads required. Players develop football fundamentals, route concepts, and field awareness in a structured, competitive environment built for every level of experience.

League Notes
- All practices and games are held at Heritage Park — 1705 Lee Ave SW, Cullman, AL 35055
- Practices begin in July; games run August and September
- All age groups play on a 50-yard field, 5 players per team (7 max roster)
- Games and practices are scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Evaluations are held for ages 7 and up — dates vary by division (see your age group's registration page for details)
- Ages 3–6 do not have evaluations
- Jerseys are included — available in YS through A2XL

Program Highlights

Facility
Heritage Park offers a well-maintained, family-friendly setting for every game and practice. Conveniently located in Cullman with ample space for multiple fields running simultaneously throughout the week.
Age Groups
- 3–4 · Co-Ed — A non-competitive, no-evaluation introduction to flag football. The focus is on movement, fun, and getting comfortable with the game. No score kept.
- 5–6 · Co-Ed & Girls — Players learn the basics of flag football through guided play and simple route concepts. No evaluations for this age group.
- 7–8 · Co-Ed & Girls — A developmental division where players begin running structured plays and learning defensive concepts. Evaluations held prior to the season.
- 9–10 · Co-Ed — A competitive division with a fuller playbook. Players deepen their understanding of the game through both sides of the ball. Evaluations held prior to the season.
- 11–12 · Co-Ed & Girls — Strategy and execution take center stage. Teams run more complex schemes and play at a faster pace. Evaluations held prior to the season.
- 13–14 · Co-Ed — The most advanced division in the league. Players at this level compete with a strong emphasis on football IQ, execution, and competitive play. Evaluations held prior to the season.
